Role Purpose
Moneycorp have embarked on an ambitious and fundamental renewal of our global technology to support our global commercial teams. This position is for a Functional Consultant role within our Revenue Operations team, with dotted reporting line to IT, and demands a confident individual who has extensive experience as a D365 CRM Functional Consultant with good stakeholder management experience, excellent communication skills and Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Confluence, PowerBI and DevOps skills.
The Revenue Operations team is the driving engine of our growth, supporting Sales, Marketing, Partnerships and wider stakeholders with data, business intelligence, technology, data and processes that drive outsized results. This role entails working with senior business stakeholders across commercial teams, product owners, and enterprise and solution architects to deliver comprehensive solutions to complex business issues and processes, with focus on our Customer Relationship Management technology roadmap: D365.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitates workshops across all businesses to gathers Business and Technology requirements as User Stories. Plays back the requirement to the requirement originator (Business and/or Tech SME) and PO to confirm accuracy, completeness and seek sign-off
- Where necessary, provides supporting documentation, e.g. business process flows (at varying levels) and wireframes, and relates them to each user story for traceability
- Creates and publishes workshop schedules to stakeholders in advance of the sessions to align expectations regarding the meeting agenda, inputs required ahead of each session, the output from each meeting, secure availability and confirm timelines
- Demonstrates Dynamics CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) awareness and aids stakeholders product knowledge
- Actively collaborates with the Scrum Team (PO, BAs, Functional Consultants, SA and Testers) to ensure each solution meets the requirement / acceptance criteria
- When asked by the Scrum team, aids the team to create their technical designs and/or design tasks to ensure they achieve each stakeholders' requirement
- Undertakes source to target field mapping and business rule definition with the business to support each data migration
- Triage defects with Developers and Test Analysts to help determine: if the defect is project related, a possible solution and an estimate
- Where necessary, assists the QA team with System and/or User Acceptance Test preparation and execution relating to functional, non-functional and data migration scope
- Once the PO believes the requirement has been met, the BA supports the SA and the rest of the Scrum team, to present each solution to key stakeholders in a Sprint Review
- Walks the Training and Communications teams through the Release requirements so they can prepare their respective materials
- Maintains their workload, at task level, in Azure DevOps
- Functional knowledge on all CRM modules and extensions.
- Strong ability to drive the discussions with Business Analyst, Product owners and customers
- Ability to translate business problems to functional requirements
- Demonstration skills to explain the functional approach to technical team
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under own initiative and manage workload efficiently.
Knowledge and Experience Required:
- Experience of working within a Project as a Functional Consultant.
- Extensive experience of Process Flow and process mapping.
- Experience of working in financial services, fintech, banking desirable.
- Minimum 4/5 years of relevant background across multiple projects and implementations.
- Demonstratable experience of stakeholder management.
- Demonstratable experience knowledge and experience of D365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).
- Knowledge and experience of project lifecycle.
- Extensive experience in configuring the D365 forms, apps, business rules and cloudlows.
Skills:
- Knowledge of Core D365 capabilities.
- Previous experience of Confluence, ADO and breakdown of requirements into Epics, Features and User Stories.
- Previous data analysis skills and tooling. Including Power BI and/or Tableau.
Education:
- Relevant degree desirable, or equivalent competencies in college.

Please note: This is a full-time, permanent position with an opportunity to work on a hybrid basis within the team based in our London (Victoria) or Coventry office.
